From dis-ease to healing, health and harmony
About me
When will I get to be that happy person and why me? Those are the questions that I used to ask myself, as I would struggle with chronic physical pain, a consistent simmering of internal emotional turmoil, repressed past trauma, relationship challenges and a full-on existential crisis.
Through my own journey I experienced multiple physical health difficulties including: Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS), gallstones, pancreatitis, Dysmenorrhea (painful periods), endometriosis, chronic pain and fatigue, as well as bouts of depression and anxiety, surfacing childhood trauma, chronic people pleasing and a major lack of self-esteem.
I had searched every direction looking for help (western and eastern medicine, self-help books, courses, counselling, wellbeing retreats), it all helped a little. However, the game changer for me, was learning that the mind, body and soul are connected and the solution to it all is inside of me!
I started to really understand how my internal belief systems/ conditioning, trapped trauma/ emotions and spiritual disconnection were creating disharmony and disease in my mind and body. I realised that my internal conflict was being also being reflected in external conflict in my life and how the opposite is also true: internal connection and harmony leads to mind-body healing, healthy relationships and holistic harmony … So, now I want to share this process of True Self Discovery to support you in your healing and transformation too.

You see, anything can be overcome, when we realise that we are not just what happened to us: our trauma, family, relationships, illness. We are not our thoughts or any external identity, or even just this body, we are in fact unlimited Divine beings …
“O mind, you are the embodiment of Divine light, recognise your Source.”
Guru Amar daas ji, Sri Guru Granth Sahib Ji, Ang 441
So the question is: how do we do it?
Using the process of True Self Discovery – a practical spiritual and mind-body approach. The process involves understanding and going beyond the surface of our social, cultural and mental conditioning and traumatic experiences to a deeper level of experience and wisdom. Through self inquiry/ awareness, mind-body healing, emotional regulation and spiritual wisdom and practices (including meditation and mindfulness ) amongst other tools, we learn to recognise and release unhelpful mental patterns, trauma and pain, and connect to an elevated state of mind/ life (chardikala mindset) and the healing state of Divine presence.
This is the my purpose: to deeply connect with the Divine, fearlessly shine my light and walk beside you as you learn to shine yours. So are you ready to step into your own light?
